Our food philosophy

Our kitchen team focuses on finding the best available ingredients with an emphasis on local and seasonal products to create our ever-evolving signature dishes.

Rather than just presenting a new client with menu A, B and C options we begin our menu discussions with the question ‘what would you like...’  We listen to your preferences and add our suggestions based on what is seasonal at that time, the style of your event and your budget.
